Who am I?

Who am I?
Luz d’Ans is the Director of Orise Management and creator of the O.R.I.S.E© method to identify and overcome blockages at work. Graduated from the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris in 2001, she began her career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen and then became a risk manager for major banking groups (BNP, HSBC, UBS).
In 2015, she trained in Neurosciences applied to Leadership, in the study of the impact of their mechanisms at work and in systemic corporate coaching. She graduated from the Neurosleadership Institute in Singapore and founded Orise Management, which develops high-level expertise in the field of management and Neuroleadership. She accompanies individuals in their professional evolution and organizations in the management of changes and transformations.
An ACC certified coach and certified trainer, she is a committed member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and regularly publishes articles on the subject of leadership.
Luz is committed. In October 2018, she founded C my NEW me, a citizen platform for people who have had cancer after having gone through this ordeal themselves. She recounts this adventure in her TedX in Basel (Switzerland). In addition, she offers pro-bono coaching to people wishing to rebuild their lives after cancer.
“My vision of coaching is that everyone has the necessary resources to bounce back in the face of adversity and contribute to changing their lives and sometimes the world.”
C my NEW me gave me the opportunity to speak to more than a hundred people affected by cancer. Their testimonials inspire other patients and help to lift the taboo surrounding the disease.

Associative Commitment
Beyond the professional field, my commitment is also declined at the associative level with the CMyNewMe platform..
In October 2018, I created C my NEW me (in French, c’est mon nouveau moi), a digital citizen platform that supports the return to active life despite the ordeal of the disease.
I created this initiative because I am convinced that projecting the vision of one’s life after illness is a first step towards moral and social healing.
Why is it important for me to get involved in this cause?
- Because a life accident doesn’t just happen to other people,
- Because everyone can find within themselves the necessary resources to rebuild themselves after the disease if they are helped and encouraged.
