2021… finally! A new year that means even more than the others to make a new start.
2020 has shaken us up and we had to change our habits. Now it’s not just a matter of adapting but of finding your place at work to show the full extent of what you can do and boost your leadership.

For this, you need to work on two levels:
??The perception of yourself.
??The perception you give of yourself.
You can’t change people. However, if they see you differently, you will naturally influence the relation you have with them and boost your leadership.

✅ Session 1: Get rid of the beliefs that limit you to gain in self-confidence

You think you lack confidence in yourself… or you have been told to gain confidence in yourself. Easier said than done ! You have ideas to share, opinions to defend or ideas to communicate. But sometimes you hold back when it comes to expressing them. 

Self-confidence is a “soft skill” that can be built up like a muscle. In this module, notions of neuroscience will allow you to shed light on your blockages and identify limiting beliefs, those little voices that make us look negatively on ourselves.

✅ Session 2: Use your emotional intelligence to have an impactful connection with others 

Your workplace is not the best way to express your emotions. That is not necessarily true. All the neuroscience studies show that emotions can help you connect with other people and be your best ally in your career … if you know how to make the best of them. 

Using your emotional intelligence in your relationships allows you to better communicate your ideas, to convince or influence more easily and also to defuse conflicts. 

This session includes the participation of an improvisation actor to put you in situation through role-playing.  

Key notions: emotional intelligence, active listening, powerful conversations, conflict management 

✅ Session 3: Demonstrate assertivity in your attitude and communication style 

Building self-confidence and using your emotional intelligence will help you if you also know how to communicate your ideas. Assertiveness is one tool that can help you do this.

Sometimes associated with the ability to impose one’s ideas, assertiveness is more than that. Imposing does not go hand-to-hand with influencing. In the first case, it relates to the use of power, in the second case, we are talking about leadership!

This group webinar is limited to 8 participants. We believe this is the maximum size so that you can share your own experience while interacting with the other participants.

The training will take place on the Zoom platform. The meeting will be secured by a password which will be sent to you by email.
